Help!!!

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have been an active member all of my life. Thats not to say I have not problems of my own when it comes to drugs, alcohol etc. My son has now had a drug problem for 8 of his 22 years. He is an Addict. His drug of choice, Heroin! I often ask myself how did  this happen? Did I allow it to happen? How can I fix it? How do men/people move forward in life, in a society that won't give them a chance. These are just a few of the questions I have.  I'm grasping at straws trying to find a way to help these men learn how to work hard and smart and get themselves moving forward in life.
